So things are getting pretty serious around here I reckon. We completed a weekend baby workshop Saturday and Sunday complete with partner yoga, breathing exercises and massage for each of us (including tips for working on Maddox a little later). And we’re 2/5 of the way through our baby classes at the hospital. We’re down to just about two months of waiting. I got to feel the little fella having some hiccups tonight. Pretty neat. It really is amazing to feel that little guy moving around in there and try to picture what he might look like. (The picture isn’t a prediction of that, I just came across it in our files the other day and felt it needed to be shared.) Robyn has really been a champ through this whole pregnancy, nausea, headaches, a growing belly (I’m not calling her fat), all kinds of discomfort. I’m amazed daily at how much she already does for our son. She’s going to be a great mom. I’m about ready for that little bugger to hop on out so we can get to meet him and start planning some family fun trips and some boys only fishing trips. I guess there will be plenty of time for all that. Robyn goes back to see the midwife on Wednesday and I think that will be the first appointement I’ve missed. I’ve got to go to stoopid class. Oh well I reckon I’ll need the extra learnin to help make sure we raise a smart kid.
