Las Quatro Harwoods

So we decided it was time for junior to get a real taste of the outdoors and we took him camping. We went to Hanging Rock State Park for a little hiking, grilling, and chilling. Although, aparently, when you take a 15 month old camping the only chilling is after he goes to bed. Which in this case wasn’t until almost 9pm! He was having so much fun, he didn’t want to miss anything. We finally got him to sleep by putting him in the car and driving in circles around the campground for almost 30 minutes. We hiked to two different waterfalls, which he loved. He splashed and laughed and threw rocks and then passed out in the backpack on the way back. He made some friends at the campground as he kicked his ball around from one site to the next. Overall we had a great time. He was so cute exploring and checking everything out. We got home and all took a nice long nap this afternoon and then started thinking about when we could go again.

Fueling up for a big afternoon of hiking.
It took 3 minutes for him to get good and outside dirty.
